Deposit Requirement

At Gaterie Macarons & Cakes, we are serious about our business and very committed to providing you with the highest quality products and service.

For all orders placed with Gaterie Macarons & Cakes, we require a 50% deposit to be made at the time of order placement especially for bespoke cakes that serves as a commitment from both parties and allows us to allocate resources and secure necessary supplies for your order.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our business and the resources involved in preparing each order, cancellations made after a certain timeframe will incur a non-refundable 20% of the order price or the cost incurred for purchase of supplies, etc., whichever is higher. This policy ensures that we can cover the costs associated with your order and maintain the quality of our products and services.
